This Synology arrived with two drives throwing bad sectors and its volume gone. We imaged all four members, reconstructed the Btrfs metadata, and returned a full file tree.
A classic head-stack failure following the knock. We found a matching donor, performed the head-stack swap in-house, and imaged the drive cleanly on the second attempt.
