Send us your device

The first step to getting your data back is sending the device to us. Pack it safely, put your contact details inside the package and send it in. Once we have completed the free diagnostic, we will confirm the exact cost in writing before any work starts.

How to pack it
  • Put your device in a small, sturdy box or a padded envelope.
  • There’s no requirement to include anything else such as caddies, cables or power supplies since they’re not necessary for the recovery.
  • Include your personal contact information inside the box (your name, address, telephone number and email) on a sheet of paper or using our shipping form. Then simply close the package.
