A four member drive Synology RAID array arrived with two members reporting bad sectors and volume gone. All four members were imaged and full file tree reconstructed from Btrfs metadata.
Head-stack failure after damage caused by a knock. Matched donor was sourced and head-stack swap performed in-house; clean image taken on second attempt.
